Our primary product is thin-wall packaging for the food industry. Rotoprint packaging features modern design, easy
handling, watertight, airtight, and suitable for all types of packaging, both manual and automatic. Our packaging is
available in any colour tailored to our clients' wishes.
The safety strip which is a constituent part of all our products reassures our customers that the packaging has not
been opened. Despite the fact that as a packaging manufacturer, we are not subjected to the Food Hygiene Directive,
we take into consideration the fact that our customers are.
In 1997, we imported two state-of-the-art injection moulding machines and introduced robots into the production
process which transfer the packaging from the manufacturing tools and place them on the conveyors. This allowed us
to intensify the already strict control of hygienic conditions, which include the HACCP requirements.
In 2005, we complemented the existing robots with the IML technology, and thus eliminated the dirty printing
activity, which was closely related to use of different cleaning agents, diluents and other environmentally harmful
additives.
Therefore, today we may claim with full responsibility that our packaging meets all the quality requirements
stipulated by the law for this type of production. Since the beginnings of our company, we have been committed to
environmental protection.
Today, we are able to produce packaging in 2.75-second cycles including the decoration, which is very important for
our customers. The packaging is made from high-quality polypropylene (homo polymer and copolymer) which has all
the necessary food certificates.
